Wells Fargo bank (NYSE: WBC) has announced the appointment of veteran banker, Scott Coble, as lead region president for Florida.
In the new role Coble will be based in Miami and will be in charge of 654 branches and 8,400 employees state wide. Coble was most recently Wells Fargo North Florida regional president.
He has 27 years of experience in banking and was described as 'an exceptional leader, both inside Wells Fargo and in his community', by the bank's Eastern regional executive, Laura Schulte.
