-Coastal Community credit union to improve services with new technology.
Global Banking News - 23 April 2013
The Coastal Community Credit Union plans to use innovative software based technology from NCR Corporation to provide enhanced banking services to its customers.
The new technology, which has initially been installed in Duncan, will allow customers to connect with a live, remote teller through a two way video/audio conversation over an automated banking machine.
Adrian Legin, president and CEO of the Coastal Community Credit Union said that the NCR APTRA Interactive Teller has allowed them to respond to changing customer needs using technology, but without sacrificing the personal touch and exceptional service.
