-Chevrolet celebrates 100 years with Indianapolis 500.

Chevrolet, a subsidiary of General Motors Corporation (NYSE: GM), is celebrating 100 years of combined history with the Indianapolis 500, in 2011.
The automaker is commemorating the milestone with the brand's 22nd Indy 500 pace car, which is to be equipped with an all-new, twin-turbocharged, 2.2 litre V6 engine.
The company started its relationship with the Indianapolis 500 on May 30, 1911, when Arthur Chevrolet competed in the inaugural race.
