The central bank of Syria has said that it has implemented dollar sale restrictions.
The central bank said that it has lifted restrictions on the sale of dollars to individuals.
The governor of the central bank said, 'Citizens may purchase foreign currency at banks, for non-commercial purposes, according to the rates fixed by the central bank.'
