Canadian merchant bank and alternative asset manager CA Bancorp Inc (TSX: BKP) has said that Eitan Milgram has resigned as a director of the company, effective January 10, 2011, to pursue other opportunities.

'Eitan has a wealth of experience in corporate reorganisations and divestitures. His counsel was of the utmost value to the Board in the execution of the Company's Realisation Strategy,' said John Driscoll, chairman of the Board.

The bank's board currently includes John F Driscoll (Chair), Paul Haggis, Frank Potter and Timothy Unwin. Haggis will replace Milgram on the Company's Audit Committee.
