1 December 2011 - Danish biotech company Bavarian Nordic A/S (CPH:BAVA) announced Thursday that the nominal value of its share capital has grown to DKK260.9m after the share issue from mid-November.

Bavarian Nordic has 26,094,361 shares with a par value of DKK10 and they correspond to the same number of voting rights.

The company issued 213,716 new shares in the middle of November as a milestone payment for CEO Reiner Laus and two ex employees, formerly also owners, in the unit BN ImmunoTherapeutics Inc.
