Bank of Commerce Holdings (NASDAQ:BOCH), an USD897m Redding, California-based financial services holding company, and parent company of Redding Bank of Commerce, Roseville Bank of Commerce, and Bank of Commerce Mortgage, has declared a cash dividend of USD0.03 per share on its common stock for the third quarter of 2011.
The quarterly cash dividend will be payable on October 7, 2011, to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2011.
