-Bank Negara reports fiscal results.

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BBNI.JK), the fourth-largest bank by assets in Indonesia, has reported that its net profit in the first-half has increased by 41 percent to IDR2.73tn (USD319m), from IDR1.93tn a year earlier.
The bank's net interest income for the six months ended June 30 has increased by 5 percent to IDR6.09tn from IDR5.80tn a year earlier. Fee-based income has increased by 6 percent to IDR3.69tn from IDR3.48tn a year earlier. The bank's total outstanding loans have increased by 21 percent in the first half to IDR152.9tn, from IDR126.23tn a year earlier.
As of June 30, the bank's assets totalled IDR260.65tn, compared with IDR225.49tn a year earlier.
