BANKING AND CREDIT NEWS-June 10, 2011--BBVA Banco Frances, Banco Santander Rio take part in YPF debt sale(C)2011 M2 COMMUNICATIONS

10 June 2011 - BBVA Banco Frances (BUE:FRAN), Banco Santander Rio (BUE:BRIO), Nuevo Banco de Santa Fe and Macro Securities have been mandated to handle YPF's (BUE:YPFD) issue of ARS100m (USD24.4m/EUR16.9m) bonds, the Argentine oil firm said Thursday.

The securities have an 18-month maturity.

The offering runs from 10 June 2011 until 16 June 2011.

The size of the deal could be raised, depending on the bidding process. However, it is capped at ARS300m.

Fitch Argentina has assigned top national rating to the debt.
