BANKING AND CREDIT NEWS-July 10, 2012--ANZ adopts full range of Gresham Computing software solutions(C)2012 M2 COMMUNICATIONS http://www.m2.com

10 July 2012 - Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ASX:ANZ), or ANZ, has completed the implementation of a full banking solution system developed by Gresham Computing Plc (LON:GHT), the UK banking software provider said Monday.

The new system allows better visibility and control to corporate clients as well as improved efficiency in terms of cash flow and information management.

ANZ recently used Gresham's Clareti Transaction Control (CTC) solution in the launch of its new ANZ Cashactive Fusion, which is designed to help manage large volumes of payments and collections.

The bank's partnership with Gresham also covers the ANZ Cashactive Control and ANZ Cashactive Virtual, two solutions that enable the better management, segregation and reconciliation of funds. ANZ Cashactive Control is a tool that allows corporate clients to better fulfil their compliance procedures in their accounting, legal, property, government or specialist financial sectors. ANZ Cashactive Virtual is designed to ease the management of funds within a company.

ANZ Cashactive Virtual was launched in December last year, while ANZ Cashactive Fusion and ANZ Cashactive Control were introduced in April 2012. The partnership between Gresham and ANZ continues with the purpose of launching similar solutions throughout the Asia Pacific region.
