 TO CABLE SUBSCRIBERS IN AUGUST
 'The Cosby Show's' Phylicia Rashad To Host Five-Day
 Disney Channel Fall Preview
 BURBANK, Calif., Aug. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- The Disney Channel will be offered free to cable subscribers from Thursday, Aug. 27 through Monday, Aug. 31 in participating cable systems. The five-day preview highlights include the world television premiere of Walt Disney Pictures' feature film "Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken" on Aug. 30 at 7:00 p.m., the popular Disney Channel series "Mickey Mouse Club" and "Adventures in Wonderland," as well as the "Kenny Loggins: Going Home" music special. Phylicia Rashad will host the preview as well as star in the film "Polly," which airs on Thursday, Aug. 27 during the fall preview.
 Viewers who call to subscribe to The Disney Channel during the fall preview will receive a coupon for a free "Get Goofy" backpack stuffed with items such as a "Mickey Mouse Club" watch and an "Adventures in Wonderland" activity poster. This offer is good for new subscriber households installed between Aug. 27 and Sept. 25.
 The August preview offers cable viewers the opportunity to sample the quality programming The Disney Channel provides for the entire family. Highlights of the family and adult fare include the world television premiere of "Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken," "Martin & Lewis: Their Golden Age of Comedy -- Kings of Comedy," and "Kenny Loggins: Going Home," which will be simulcast on Aug. 30 at 9 p.m. (ET/PT) on more than 100 Westwood One adult contemporary radio stations around the country.
 Viewers will also enjoy a special primetime airing of "Adventures in Wonderland," winner of a 1992 Emmy Award, on Aug. 31, at 7 p.m., complementing the regular "Adventures in Wonderland" weekday schedule at 7:30 a.m. (ET/PT). Two episodes of the CableACE Award-winning original series "Avonlea" also highlight the schedule, along with the miniseries "Anne of Green Gables," both of which are based on the short stores of Lucy Maud Montgomery. Four episodes of the ever- popular "Mickey Mouse Club" round out the preview highlights.
