(ECO) TURKISH-LEBANESE ECONOMY CONFERENCE TAKES PLACE IN BEIRUT.

BEIRUT, Apr 19, 2010 (TUR) -- Turkish-Lebanese Economy Conference took place in Beirut on Monday.

60-member delegation headed by Rifat Hisarciklioglu, chairperson of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), participated in the conference.

Speaking to A.A correspondent, Hisarciklioglu said, "we will discuss cooperation possibilities in several areas with Lebanese businessmen. I will have talks with Lebanese Prime Minister Sa'ad al-Din al-Hariri and economy minister. We will discuss especially free trade agreement in these meetings."

Hisarciklioglu will also have talks with Lebanese parliament speaker and industry minister in Beirut on Tuesday.
