(ECO) TURKISH BUSINESS ASSOCIATION'S CHAIRPERSON TO ATTEND BUSINESSEUROPE MEETING IN PRAGUE.

ISTANBUL, Jun 10, 2009 (TUR) -- The chairperson of Turkey's leading business association will attend the meeting of the BUSINESSEUROPE Council of Presidents which will take place in Prague, the Czech Republic on June 11 and 12.

Arzuhan Dogan Yalcindag, executive chairperson of the Turkish Industrialists' & Businessmen's Association (TUSIAD), will participate in the meeting of BUSINESSEUROPE, European association of industries and employers.

A statement by TUSIAD said the meeting would focus on global economic crisis and new strategies of the European business world in the post-crisis period.

Yalcindag would inform EU authorities on Turkish private sector's views on global economic crisis within the scope of the BUSINESSEUROPE meeting, the statement added.
