You may think you're cool Brooklyn.. but I'm Roylety; TV HIT IS BACK WITH A TRENDY BABY.
The similarities between the new arrival in the BBC comedy and soccer ace David Beckham's son do not end with their fashionable headgear.
Both have links with Manchester - the series is set there while Beckham Senior plays for United.
And the screen son of actress Caroline Aherne - who plays Denise Best - also shares the same first name as the bandanna-wearing footballer.
But while Brooklyn's dad can claim to be king of Old Trafford and his Spice Girl mum Victoria a queen of the pop world, baby Best is heir to an armchair rather than a throne.
The tot makes his debut when the couch potatoes return in a new run at 9.30pm on BBC1 a week on Monday.
Denise looks as trendy as her son in the first show, sporting hair extensions and a glamorous wardrobe.
It's all too much for grand-dad Jim Royle (Ricky Tomlinson). When she and husband Dave walk in he takes one look at her new clobber and quips: "Christ, it's Posh and Becks."
But the youngster soon proves he is a true Royle - by breaking wind.
Beaming Jim responds: "That's my boy."
