>> Maximise milk yield from forage.

A TECHNICAL briefing is being held on Anglesey next week showing dairy farmers how they can maximise milk production from forage.

Hosted by animal feed company ForFarmers, the event is at Tafarn y Rhos, Rhostrehwfa, Llangefni, on Monday, January 7, 7.30pm.

Doors open at 7pm and a buffet will be provided.

Louis Hurdidge, from Lallemand Nutrition, will discuss the importance of inoculants in helping to increase milk yields from forage.

The second speaker is Nick Berni, ForFarmers' ruminant product manager, who will explain how better quality forage translates into improved milk production.

The meeting is free but places must be booked by Friday, January 4. | Booking: Dyfrig Hughes, 07802 173235 or dyfrig.hughes@forfarmers.eu.
