: Homes: Pall Mall has become hottest address in town.

SEVENTEEN owners of apartments at Bellway's Pall Mall are itching to move in. The first group is expected to be in by the end of July.

These purchasers represent a combined total of pounds 2 m worth of sales for Bellway - one of Liverpool's most popular new homebuilders.

Indeed, Bellway has made a huge splash in the Liverpool property market in recent weeks, having sold all of its one bedroom apartments in both 40 and 44 Pall Mall in record time.

Being a stone's throw from Liverpool's bustling business quarter, the executive two bedroom apartments now on offer are also being snapped up, with an all-time record 18 being sold in just three days! Prices are rising in response to demand.

Said Melanie Sherrat, new homes advisor: ``In all the time I have worked as a new homes advisor for Bellway and other leading national homebuilders, I have never known anything like the response we have been getting at Pall Mall. We need two full-time advisors, seven days a week, to keep up with the demand. Liverpool is just fantastic!''

The stylish white bathroom suite with modern curved bath, glass basin, shower screen and chromium-plated bathroom accessories, complements the chic approach adopted throughout.

What's more - there is no stamp duty to pay - representing a minimum saving of pounds 1,000 on all available properties.

All apartments are wired for terrestrial and digital broadcasts and Bellway has installed two separate phone lines to accommodate phone/fax and modem requirements.
