 ANNOUNCE MARKETING COOPERATION AGREEMENT
 SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Market introduction of new, lower-cost solar cell technology will be accelerated through a marketing cooperation agreement announced today between Photocomm Inc. (NASDAQ: PCOM) and the technology developer, Advanced Photovoltaic Systems Inc. (APS) headquartered in Princeton, N.J.
 APS, a world leader in advanced Thin Film technology, anticipates early 1993 start-up of a 10-megawatt commercial-scale plant in Fairfield, Calif. The new plant is in addition to APS' present 2 1/2 megawatt factory in Trenton, N.J., which has been in production since 1990.
 The marketing cooperation between the companies will focus on new products and applications incorporating APS solar cell technology and utilizing Photocomm systems integration and marketing expertise.
 Advanced Photovoltaic Systems Inc. is owned by Energetics Jungere Corp. (EJC), whose largest shareholder is the Sheet Metal Worker's National Pension Fund of America.
 Photocomm Inc. is the nation's largest publicly owned solar electric systems manufacturing and marketing company with corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Ariz. The company's common stock is listed on the NASDAQ system under the symbol PCOM.
