 In PH030, Nobel Education Dynamics Reports Results, moved yesterday, we are advised by the company the 1st graph, 2nd line should read "announced earnings," rather than "announced record earnings," as originally issued.
 Also, the 3rd graph, 8th line should read "loss of less than $.005," rather than "loss of $.005," as originally issued.

 NOBEL EDUCATION DYNAMICS ANNOUNCES RESULTS
 CHERRY HILL, N.J., Nov. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Nobel Education Dynamics, Inc. (NASDAQ: NEDI) today announced earnings of $1,419,038 for the first nine months of the fiscal year.
 The company said it is very pleased with the third quarter results which showed only a $31,160 loss vs. significant losses from operations in prior years. In the third quarter of 1992, discounting the one-time pickup from a bank forgiveness of $558,000, the loss from operations was $231,865. The downturn in the third quarter is a seasonal factor due to significantly lower enrollment in the company's schools during the summer months.
 The 1993 year-to-date earnings are $1,419,038, on revenue of $24,301,116, or $.08 per share on 17,042,011 shares of common stock and common stock equivalents, vs. earnings for the same period of 1992 of $1,695,806 (which included a $558,000 one-time pickup due to a negotiated bank forgiveness of interest and penalties) on revenue of $25,439,638, or $.12 per share on 14,511,744 shares of common stock and common stock equivalents. The 1993 third quarter loss of $31,160, on revenue of $7,451,523, is a loss of less than $.005 per share (net of preferred stock dividends) on 18,772,102 shares of common stock and common stock equivalents, vs. a 1992 third quarter profit of $326,125 (which included a $558,000 one-time pickup due to a negotiated bank forgiveness of interest and penalties) on revenue of $7,521,456, or $.02 per share on 15,801,391 shares of common stock and common stock equivalents.
 The company also announced that Dr. Mary Jane Pearson has joined the company as director of education. Pearson has a Ph.D. in special education and approximately 30 years experience in education as a consultant, professor and member of numerous educational committees for the State of California. Pearson was recently named Educator of the Year in California.
