IRVINE, Calif., Nov. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Admor Memory Corp (OTC: ADMR) announced today that it has completed its merger with Laketown Leasing Inc. and commenced trading on the Nasdaq OTC BB market.

Admor Memory is a rapidly growing company specializing in the business of manufacturing, assembling, marketing and distributing a complete line of original equipment and after market add-on memory products for PCs, workstations notebooks and printers. The Company sells its products through a growing channel of Value Added Resellers (VARs), and integrators.

The company has focused on recruitment of the industry's top sales executives to develop its sales channel and accelerate revenues. In its first year of operations ended June 30, 1996, the company recorded $10.8 million in revenues and a loss of $796,000. In its first quarter ended September 30, 1996, the company reported revenues of $6,605,029 and a profit of $14,662.
