 'VETERAN' ATHLETES TO RECEIVE WISSAHICKON WINNERS AWARD
 FOR 15 YEARS AT PHILADELPHIA DISTANCE RUN
 Who: Wissahickon Spring Water, Inc.
 What: Will mark 15 years as a Philadelphia Distance Run sponsor
 recognizing more than 60 veteran race participants and
 presenting the "Wissahickon Winners Award" to two area
 runners who have also "gone the distance" with the race
 since 1978.
 Where: The Philadelphia Distance Run (PDR) Awards Ceremony,
 16th Street and Benjamin Franklin Parkway
 When: Sunday, Sept. 20

 Details:
 For races run and thirsts quenched, Wissahickon Spring Water celebrates 15 years of running with more than 60 15-year PDR veterans. Two from the group, which ranges in age from 33 to 64, will be honored by Wissahickon Spring Water for their endurance and mettle over the years. The male and female runner who finishes first in the group will receive the "Wissahickon Winners Award," a trophy and $200 cash award, as recognition from the company for their dedication to the race. In addition to supplying the racers with water for 15 years, Wissahickon Spring Water has been selling bottled water in the Delaware Valley since 1926.
