'Q' REMOVED FROM CCAIR SYMBOL CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 11 /PRNewswire/ -- CCAIR, Inc.
(NASDAQ: CCAR) operating as USAir Express announced today that the Company has been notified by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. ("NASD") and Dow Jones and Company that the "Q" designation has been deleted from its symbol in the over-the-counter market of the automated quotation system of the NASD ("NASDAQ"). The symbol effective today is CCAR.
The "Q" designation is similar to the "vj" designation used by the "Wall Street Journal" to indicate reorganization under the Bankruptcy Code. CCAIR successfully emerged from bankruptcy on Sept. 5, 1991. CCAIR as quoted on the NASDAQ over-the-counter market closed March 10, 1992 at 5 7/8 bid and 6 1/8 ask. -0- 3/11/92 /CONTACT: Wesley C.
