'EMPTY NEST' STAR DAVID LEISURE, 'JEOPARDY' HOST ALEX TREBEK, HOLLYWOOD MOGUL MERV GRIFFIN GUEST STAR ON FEB. 8 EPISODE OF 'THE GOLDEN GIRLS'
 LOS ANGELES, Jan. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- "Empty Nest" star David Leisure makes a special guest appearance as his "Nest" character Charlie Dietz, along with "Jeopardy" host Alex Trebek and entertainment czar Merv riffin (who play themselves) on a special episode of "The Golden Girls," airing Saturday, Feb. 8, 8 p.m. on NBC.
 In the episode, titled "Questions and Answers," Leisure, Trebek and Griffin appear in a fantasy sequence when Dorothy (Bea Arthur) dreams she is on the hit game show "Jeopardy." Dorothy has been trying out to be a "Jeopardy" contestant and falls asleep while studying for her "test." In her dream, she is pitted against roommate Rose Nyland (Betty White) and "Empty Nest" neighbor (Leisure) in a bizarre match of wits. Trebek plays himself as host and Griffin, Trebek's real life "boss," is brought in to mediate an argument over Dorothy's and Rose's "Final Jeopardy" answer.
 The "Questions and Answers" episode of "The Golden Girls" was written by Don Siegel and Jerry Perzigian and directed by Lex Passaris. "The Golden Girls" is a Witt-Thomas-Harris Production in association with Touchstone Television. "Jeopardy" is a production of Merv Griffin Enterprises and is distributed by King World Television.
