'Buffet Search' for Hungry Bangalore!

India, Dec. 28 -- Hungry Bangalore (HungryZone) introduces Buffet Search for the foodies. And it is a pretty interesting way of searching buffet options at any given point of time. For example it helps a visitor with:

1. A double-slider to list buffets within a budget range.

2. Buffet sorting based on Average Meal Price per person or Buffet Price

3. Location and Cuisine based search

4. Search based on Restaurent type AC/Non AC etc. and,

5. Online Status/Reservation facility

HungryZone - For all ye Hungy souls

All in all its a great way for people to search for unlimited food with limited budget!

Hungry Zone is offering the buffet search only for Bangaloreans right now. But Mr. Ritesh Dwivedy, CEO of HungryZone confirms that Buffet Search will be available to other cities in a few months. While there are quite a few players in this field already like Justdial, Google, Yahoo and startups like FoodieBay, Yepme etc. none of them seems to be offering such a filter-based search tool.

Hungry Zone received an unconfirmed amount in funding (In our knowledge its close to US$ half million) from Indian Angel Network (IANs) in August, last year. While buffet search does provides a competitive edge to HB, it is also important for them to scale it up quickly to other places to retain the competency.

What is your take on it?
