Elsewhere in the episode, a video from 2010 will also resurface, and it will reveal some truths about Penny (Kaley Cuoco) and Leonard's relationship. As of late, teasers and sneak peeks for next week's episode haven't been released.

In other news, last week's episode of "Big Bang Theory" Season 11, titled "The Tesla Recoil," saw Leonard and Howard (Simon Helberg) getting upset at Sheldon for working with the military secretly.
