$95m for South Park.

American Property Financing (APF) is pleased to announce that it has arranged a $95 million loan for South Park Tower in New York City. Originally constructed as a mixed-use rental property in 1985, the building is a 52-story facility; with 498 residential apartment units; as well as more than 100,000 square feet of medical office space currently leased to St. Luke-Roosevelt Hospital and its affiliates.

South Park Tower is a full-service facility located at 124 West 60th Street in Manhattan. APF provided this financing through Freddie Mac utilizing a bifurcated structure with an $80 million fixed-rate component; and an additional $15 million adjustable rate loan component.
