$51m Sunrise campus buy for BPG.
The purchase was made on behalf of BPG Investment Partnership VII, L.P. ("Fund VII"), a fully discretionary private equity fund with total equity commitments of $550 million.
Currently, the property has approximately 200,000 square feet of vacant space that became available when long time tenant, Software AG, consolidated. BPG has opened its new Washington, DC Regional office in 11130 Sunrise Valley Drive.
