$20m mortgage loan.

New York Life Investment Management LLC (NYLIM), acting as investment manager for New York Life Insurance Company, has closed a $20 million mortgage loan secured by retail stores, office space and a parking garage on the upper east side of Manhattan, New York.

The building is located on the entire eastern block front of Madison Avenue between 77th and 78th Streets, and the collateral securing the loan includes all of the commercial space in the sixteen story Charles House condominium and is fully leased to a variety of upscale tenants.
