 CORNUCOPIA THANKS MAYOR, STATE, EMPLOYERS, VOLUNTEERS
 WHAT: The annual meeting of Cornucopia, Inc., a non-profit
 which operates a community-based training facility for
 people with physical and developmental disabilities.
 Cornucopia's Nature's Bin - "A Store for People, Not
 Profit" - operates as a fresh produce and natural foods
 retail market.

 WHERE: The Beck Center for the Cultural Arts, 17801 Detroit

 WHY: To celebrate the first anniversary of Nature's Bin, and
 to award Partnership in Rehabilitation Awards to:

 Mary Warr
 -- Tree of Life Midwest Inc. President Yvonne Fuller
 Surprise awards to be given: volunteer of the year,
 employer of the year, employee of the year, and
 achievement awards.
 VISUALS: -- Premier showing of "Great Expectations," independently
 produced by Irene Ward & Associates. This "Leadership
 Series" video is about innovative training at Nature's
 Bin and how it enhances the lives of people with
 disabilities.
 -- Vocational trainees and graduates will be present for
 interviews.
