"Pristine Processing" magazine from Chemical Week Associates.
Taglined "solutions for high-purity manufacturers," the magazine is being targeted to professionals with buying authority for clean equipment and ultrapure materials throughout the different segments of the high-purity markets and process industries, including engineers, company executives, purchasing managers, r&d personnel, and production management in the pharmaceutical, food & beverage, biotech, semiconductor and nutraceutical markets.
It is described as a magazine for processing professionals "who need authoritative current information on processing issues in the field and business environments." CWA said the title focuses on what is most important to its readers, "what is common to all manufacturing operations in which cleanliness is critical: the trends in technology, the innovations in equipment, the novel materials and the new services coming on the market."
Each issue will include five main sections covering equipment, process technology, materials, design & engineering and automation & control. The first issue includes coverage of chromatography, microreactors, and facility design and containment chemistry, while later issues will cover such topics as nanomaterials, data management, custom manufacturing, and testing and validation.
CWA offers a range of information products for the chemical and related industries, including Chemical Engineering, Adhesives Age and Soap & Cosmetics magazines.
