"Pharmaceutical Corporate Compliance" from FDANews.

Earlier this year, FDANews, Inc. (Falls Church, VA) began the publication of Pharmaceutical Corporate Compliance, a new biweekly newsletter that provides information on "the full range of compliance risks" facing drug manufacturers, FDANews said. An charter annual subscription costs $697.

The company said the new title answers "critical compliance questions drug companies are asking" and provides guidelines for developing, monitoring and managing effective compliance programs. Targeted to corporate executives, attorneys, compliance experts and consultants, the newsletter covers legislative and regulatory news and developments, compliance tips and strateties, and ethical issues.

Editorial includes stories on such topics as: the FTC's pledge to increase drug company antitrust investigations; the new CME standards; state AG enforcement initiatives; the Sarbanes-Oxley Act; HIPAA privacy issues; and Qui Tam actions.
