Andrews Publications has begun the publication of Food Health & Safety Litigation Reporter with an issue in September and Patent Litigation Reporter with an issue in November. Each of the newsletters will be published monthly.Food Health & Safety Litigation Reporter is designed to offer coverage of significant litigation, regulatory developments and legislative developments involving food safety and health issues. The newsletter covers a wide range of topics within the area, from obesity lawsuits to the safety of genetically-engineered foods. It also includes commentary and analysis on possible future cases. An annual subscription costs $590.
Patent Litigation Reporter will cover "all aspects of patent litigation," Andrews said, with "current and comprehensive coverage of federal court rulings in patent cases." Editorial will cover a wide range of topics, from filing patent requests to challenging the validity of a patent that has already been issued. It will also include coverage of U.S. Supreme Court petitions, proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission and related court activity in relevant cases. An annual subscription costs $525.
