"Intellectual Property Pleadings" from Mealey Publications.
Mealey Publications (King of Prussia, PA), a division of LexisNexis (Dayton, OH), has begun the publication of Intellectual Property Pleadings, a new title that presents intellectual property law "from the unique perspective of the voices of those involved in patent, trademark and copyright battles," Mealey said. It will be published 24 times a year and an annual subscription costs $699.Content includes pleadings and case summaries in a chart format as well as appeals briefs and complaints in significant IP cases so that readers "have access to arguments before the ruling." The company said the title is designed to assist practitioners: prevent the unauthorized use and disclosure of trade secrets; determine what types of materials and information are covered by the copyright laws; and, apply for and enforce patents.
Mealey said the report is a "perfect supplement" to its related intellectual property coverage reports, including Intellectual Property, Patents, Trademarks and Copyright.
