"Global Competition Litigation Review" from Sweet & Maxwell.
The new title is designed to provide readers with a forum to exchange information on both substantive and procedural law frameworks of private antitrust action throughout Europe and other international jurisdictions. Content and articles focus on cartels and other anti-competitive practices and are written to offer the latest trends and developments in the field.
Sweet & Maxwell said the title includes a regional development section to carry information on recent legislation and case law developments in over 40 jurisdictions from the U.S., Europe, Asia, Australasia and Latin America. It includes information on topics such as intellectual property disputes, including trade secrets, patents, trademarks and copyrights, disputes involving joint ventures, partnerships and related confidential relationships, corporate espionage, unlawful or deceptive business conduct, and consumer protection, among others.
The journal covers both plaintiff and defendant perspectives and includes a regular section on arbitration to demonstrate how competition law disputes can be settled outside the court room.
Related journals published by Sweet & Maxwell include "CMLR Anti-Trust Reports," "Common Market Law Reports Antitrust" and "European Competition Law Review."
