Andrews Publications (Wayne, PA), a unit of West (Eagan, MN), has begun the publication of Andrews' Bankruptcy Litigation Reporter, a newsletter designed to help professionals stay current with the latest developments in corporate bankruptcy litigation. It will be published 24 times a year and an annual subscription costs $850.Written to cover all aspects of bankruptcy law, the biweekly newsletter includes coverage of ongoing bankruptcy litigation, including trial court proceedings, appellate briefings, U.S. Supreme Court petitions and related commentary. It also covers a range of topics regarding Chapter 11 proceedings, proceedings of reorganizations, avoidance/preferential transfer disputes, objections to plan, discovery disputes, and findings of court-appointed examiners.
Andrews produces over 45 other legal and litigation reports in the areas of business/finance, business & technology, employment law, insurance, product liability and personal injury, and toxic tort and environmental. That also includes six litigation titles covering specific industries: entertainment, guns, nursing homes, telecommunications, tobacco and utilities.
