a set of template CGI, ISAPI, and NSAPI scripts, which assist the Webmaster in
developing advanced, form-based interfaces for a wide range of customer-centric
applications.

-- Screen Pop: Screen Pop combines the public telephone network and/or
integrated voice response (IVR) technology with the existing contact center
infrastructure to improve contact center efficiency and increase customer
satisfaction. With Screen Pop, the caller can be identified more quickly
allowing the agent more time to speak with the customer on a more personal
level.

-- CIMphony(TM) Server: The CIMphony Server is the component in the contact
center that joins all the peripherals together -- the PBX/ACD, Interactive
Voice Response system, Predictive Dialer, Voice Recorder and the host system.
The CIMphony Server enables the broadest range of contact center functions by
providing a Windows(R) NT platform capable of processing Call Control commands
