tmsuk Releases New Household Robot in Limited Quantity.


Tokyo, Japan, Sept 27, 2005 - (JCNN JCNN Japan Corporate News Network ) - tmsuk Co., LTD LTD 1 Laron-type dwarfism 2 Leukotriene D 3 Long-term depression, see there 4. Long-term disability ., (pronounced "temzack") a small robotics firm from Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture, has launched the Roborior, a household robot with a sophisticated design and multiple functions, at department stores across Japan on September 28. Roborior is a coined word representing "robot" and "interior."

With a price tag of 294,000 yen ($2,620), the robot comes with a Roborior key, a serial tag, and one-year product assurance. A limited 3,000 units are available for sale.

Roborior has a function to monitor the inside of the home from where it stands. When detecting an abnormality, the robot directly calls the user's cellphone (CELLular telePHONE) The first ubiquitous wireless telephone. Originally analog, all new cellular systems are digital, which has enabled the cellphone to turn into a smartphone that has access to the Internet.  to inform of it.

Connected to the TV, Roborior can use TV as a real time monitor. With LEDs for three colors, Roborior can also be used as a floor light.
