thelondonpaper Launches: News International is Today Launching a Free Newspaper, thelondonpaper.

London, city (1991 pop. 303,165), SE Ont., Canada, on the Thames River. The site was chosen in 1792 by Governor Simcoe to be the capital of Upper Canada, but York was made capital instead. London was settled in 1826.
 -- More than 400,000 copies of the free newspaper will be handed out by 700 distributors on the streets of central London The term Central London refers to the districts of London which are considered closest to the centre. There is no such conventional definition, nor any official one, for the entire area that can be called "central London".  between 4.30 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. today. The paper is full-colour, 48 pages and designed to attract 18 to 34 year-old readers.

General Manager, NI Free Newspapers Ltd, Ian Clark Dr. Ian Clark is a professor in the Department of Earth Sciences at the University of Ottawa. His graduate work in isotope hydrogeology was at the University of Waterloo and the University of Paris. , said: "From research we could clearly see that there was a gap in the market.
