A reward for myself. Since I have worked hard, I allow myself to indulge in something small but special, which may consist of: a nap, a needed run at my neighborhood park, and when I'm bad, some dessert before dinner. Life After APHSA ...

I have always had an interest in international child and family programs and policies. Perhaps I may get the opportunity in the future to blend my background in early child development and my new endeavors in child welfare with international work. I have also enjoyed being a mentor. A few years ago, my best friend and I created a program where we mentored adolescent girls in our families and communities. It was so rewarding. I'd like to get back to doing that.
