newScale Extends Leadership in Service Delivery Management Market.


FOSTER CITY, Calif. -- Major Outsourcer Contract with HP Services Establishes New Distribution Channel, newScale RequestCenter(R) In Production Today On Over 500,000 User Desktops

newScale(R), Inc., the market leader in service delivery management software, today announced that during its fiscal year ended June 30, 2004, the company doubled its number of enterprise customers, more than doubled the number of users in production, and signed a distribution contract with top-five global IT outsourcer, HP Services.
