(Nasdaq:NGRU), providers of world class engineering software for structural design and analysis, today announced that during the past few months the company has entered into corporate licensing agreements for its newly released STAAD.Pro 2002 software with leading global engineering firms including AMEC, Halliburton Europe, Jacobs Engineering, Kvaerner and Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station.

STAAD.Pro 2002 is REI's latest and most powerful release of structural design and analysis software to date. Additionally, the company introduced a series of complementary add-on modules such as STAAD.beava and STAAD.etc 4.0 with features like OpenSTAAD for product customization and interoperability.

The engineering community has reacted favorably to the release of the new software products.
