James P. Dollive (Chicago Chapter) was named CFO of Philip Morris Cos.' Kraft Foods Inc. unit, a worldwide food business, in a newly created post, with plans to take the packaged-food giant public. Dollive was previously SVP Finance and Information Systems for Kraft Foods North America.

Kevin Frain (New York City Chapter) was promoted to VPF and retains his role as Treasurer of Barnes & Noble.com, a New York City-based Internet commerce company offering a comprehensive range of books and related information products.

Victoria Harker was promoted to CFO and SVP of Operations of WorldCom Inc.'s MCI unit, Clinton, Mo., a worldwide provider of facilities-based and fully integrated local, long distance, international and Internet services.
