TeleCommunication Systems, (TCS) (NASDAQ:TSYS), a leader in mission critical wireless data, has announced that its real-time, wireless streaming market data solution, marketStream(TM), now offers even more advanced features for global trading institutions and market traders.

marketStream 3.0's newly added functionality includes a multiple watchlist feature that supports up to 200 watchlists, with more than 65 symbols per list. Users are able to configure personal watch lists to display any three fields of data simultaneously on the main live-data screen. Release 3.0 also includes a web management feature that enables users to log in from any browser to manage their watchlists, alerts and 32nds display (needed for certain indices such as Treasury bills), perform symbol searches and configure symbol aliases.

These new features build upon marketStream's true streaming data delivery of continuous live market data and news feeds from Comstock and Dow Jones that are managed by TCS' Network Operations Center. Data is delivered in real-time to the marketStream application running on the subscriber's mobile device as if the user was actually standing on the trading floor viewing the ticker. This delivery of "live" data via marketStream is in sharp contrast to the more common wireless "polling" applications which only update data on pre-set scheduled frequencies.

In addition, marketStream is a Research In Motion (RIM) approved BlackBerry(R) add-on application; and since TCS is a leading BlackBerry provider, special bundling incentives are available for BlackBerry and marketStream purchases. marketStream may also be downloaded for use on most Java (J2me) enabled wireless devices using high-speed GSM, CDMA or IDEN networks.
