With channel partners like Lucent Technologies, we are now able to showcase the capabilities of the newest-generation mPhase TV+ System through a compelling demonstration model, and it has been shared with a number of European operators. We are deploying our system right now:

--Lucent Russia has selected the TV+ System to offer video and data services to a telecom services company for its Far East Region customers. The customer is one of seven regional mega-telecommunications operators in Russia owned by a single holding company serving 15 million residential customers. The initial pilot project completed through the Lucent sales channel is for 1,000 subscribers. We will be showcasing our solution with Lucent Russia at the Norwecom trade show in St. Petersburg, Feb. 22-26, 2005.

--We reached agreement with Turkey's foremost broadcaster, Kanal 7, for mPhase to provide the equipment and technical video expertise for the deployment of a TV-over-telephone network over the facilities of Turk Telecom, the soon-to-be privatized Turkish telecommunications company See telecom company. . Kanal 7 will organize and aggregate the content and manage the marketing of the services.
