New Enterprise Project Solution Will Bolster jeTECH's Entry

Into the High-end Project and Resource Management Marketplace

jeTECH DATA SYSTEMS Inc., an established technology leader in the labor resource planning market, Tuesday announced that it has acquired Project Enterprise(tm) from Ceilidh Inc. of Media, Pa.

Michael Edell, jeTECH's president and chief executive officer, made the official announcement. The product, to be marketed under the name Enterprise Project(tm), rounds out jeTECH's line of technology-based labor resource planning tools. Industry observers expect that the acquisition will propel jeTECH into the top flight of project management solution vendors.

Enterprise Project integrates seamlessly with Microsoft's Project 98 desktop planning tool. It also comes with Vision(tm), an integrated OLAP (online analytical processing) function that allows executives and managers to drill up/down organizational and project structures to view manpower and cost data in comprehensive spreadsheet or graphical formats. The system displays any number of user-defined summarization structures.

Enterprise Project will be integrated with jeTECH's recently announced WARP Scheduler(tm) engine later this year. WARP Scheduler is a patented resource management application with an extremely efficient processing algorithm that handles skill-based scheduling, manages overtime and risk evaluation, and permits rapid scenario optimization.
