ioWave Announces the Addition of Sharon O. Steele to Its Senior Management Team.

Ms. Steele will serve as the company's director of business and legal affairs. In this position, Sharon assumes responsibility for all aspects of the company's legal and inter-business initiatives.

Sharon joined ioWave on March 5, 2001 after having served as a senior contracts negotiator for EDS, Inc. Previously, Ms. Steel held senior management positions with L-3 Communications, Sterling Software, Bell Atlantic, Mobile Oil, and the Federal Labor Relations Authority.

Throughout her career, Ms. Steele created and managed business and legal affairs departments where she was successful identifying and negotiating a wide variety of joint ventures, strategic alliances, and third-party arrangements.

Sharon is a resident of Herndon Virginia and earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Pennsylvania State University and her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from James Madison University. Ms. Steel is currently attending George Mason University in the Executive Master of Business Administration program.
