infoUSA.com Announces Four New Partners for Free Internet White and Yellow Page Services.


SILICON VALLEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 25, 1999--

infoUSA.com, (Nasdaq:IUSAA) (Nasdaq:IUSAB) the leading provider of proprietary business and consumer databases and Internet white and yellow page directory services, today announced that four new partners will begin using infoUSA.com's private label white and yellow page directory services.

These new partners are: The Fax Review (www.faxreview.com), Surfthewebdotcom, Inc. (www.surftheweb.com), Dream Fountain Data Solutions (www.dreamfountain.com) and Van Dorn Demag Corp which will be using the data on its Intranet web site. infoUSA.com began offering private label directory services to corporate web sites and Intranets in April in order to generate increased traffic, more advertising dollars and additional content sales for its small business portal site Noun 1. portal site - a site that the owner positions as an entrance to other sites on the internet; "a portal typically has search engines and free email and chat rooms etc. , www.infousa.com. infoUSA.com now has over 330,000 registered users and receives approximately 12 million page views per month, and this number is steadily increasing, partially due to traffic from these directory service partners. For example, additional traffic from infoUSA.com partner, address.com, totaled 30,000 page views during its first week alone and 411.com receives approximately 40,000 page views per day.

These sites join the 150 companies that have already signed contracts with infoUSA.com to use the private label directory service. By clicking on the directory assistance icon at these sites users will be seamlessly linked to the infoUSA.com site, where they can purchase online a wide variety of infoUSA products and services. These include unique sales leads products such as customer analyzer(TM), business credit reports, company profiles, mailing lists, business directories and CD- ROM's/DVD's. Additional content such as maps, news and weather will also be available as part of the private label service. The private label feature allows infoUSA's partners to continue to display their own logo throughout these transactions, thus maintaining brand identity. Over 500 companies have already requested that infoUSA.com enable their web sites with these private label yellow and white page solutions.
