announced the release of its IVR (Interactive Voice Response) An automated telephone information system that speaks to the caller with a combination of fixed voice menus and data extracted from databases in real time. Application Generator Software that generates application programs from descriptions of the problem rather than by traditional programming. speech recognition, text-to-speech and telephony features. Telephony
Application Program Interface, or TAPI, can allow the integration of
applications into different telephone private branch exchange systems
(PBXs), eliminating the need for additional external and expensive
hardware components. Each phone system hardware provider offers a
specific software driver that interfaces directly with the iVoice Speech
