iVoice Technology Announces Management Team Returns From China Trip.

MATAWAN, N.J. -- iVoice Technology, Inc. (OTCBB: IVOT) announced today that its management team has returned from a recent trip to China where they reviewed several different potential business transactions and acquisitions for the company. iVoice Technology, previously was a wholly owned subsidiary of iVoice, Inc. (OTCBB: IVOC) prior to the spin-off from iVoice that was completed in August 2005 as a special stock dividend distribution to iVoice shareholders.

Jerry Mahoney, Chairman of iVoice Technology, and Mark Meller, the company's CEO, are also the Chairman and CEO, respectively, of Deep Field Technologies (OTCBB"DPFD"). Deep Field has recently announced that it will enter into a share exchange agreement with Beijing Sino-US Jinche Yingang Auto Technological Services Ltd. ("AutoMart"), the premier automobile after Service Company in Beijing, China. AutoMart is a China based joint venture recently formed between Beijing Silver Harbor Car Service Center and Mayflower Auto Group, LLC.
