iVoice Announces Agreement with Lamson Holding LLC, for Sale of Selected Patents.

On March 21, 2006, the Company entered into a Patent Purchase Agreement with Lamson Holdings LLC, for the sale of certain United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. A portion of the proceeds are to be disbursed to GlynnTech, Inc. which served as iVoice's licensing agent, to assist iVoice, Inc. in unlocking the potential value of the pending and issued patents. Also, some of the patents were co-invented by the President of GlynnTech, Inc., Ken Glynn.
