iView Systems Releases the iTrak Large Cash Transaction Reporting Module.

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario -- Integrated Module Provides FINTRAC Compliance Reporting

iView Systems, an EndX Group company and leading provider of security and surveillance incident reporting solutions for the gaming and corporate security marketplace, today announced that it has released its' iTrak Large Cash Transaction (LCT)/FINTRAC Reporting module. The iTrak LCT/FINTRAC Reporting module allows Canadian casinos, banks and other agencies to submit financial intelligence on suspected money laundering, terrorist financing and threats to the Financial Transaction Reports Analysis Centre of Canada.

Effective January 31, 2003, reporting persons or entities such as casinos, financial institutions, life insurance companies and foreign exchange dealers must send large cash transaction reports to FINTRAC in the following situations:

1. An amount of $10,000 or more in cash in the course of a single transaction is received; or

2. Two or more cash amounts of less than $10,000 that total $10,000 or more if the transactions were made within 24 consecutive hours of each other by or on behalf of the same individual or entity.

The iTrak LCT/FINTRAC module integrates directly into the iTrak desktop and delivers easy entry, filing and reporting of active large cash transactions tied to an iTrak subject, while providing a complete record for an individual subject's LCT transaction history.

The iTrak LCT/FINTRAC module ensures secure entry, workflow and correct procedural filing of LCT reports to the Financial Transaction Reports Analysis Centre of Canada. An individual's activity may be tracked across a series of multiple buy-ins and cash-outs, foreign exchanges or cheque transactions at different member casinos or foreign exchanges at financial institutions.

Features

As with all iTrak modules, the iTrak LCT/FINTRAC Reporting module delivers the same consistent iTrak colour coded interface for entry, searching, filing and reporting of large cash transaction activity. In addition, the iTrak LCT/FINTRAC module delivers the ability to:

- Collect multiple transactions for one LCT, including pit transactions, foreign exchange transactions, cash out transactions and cheque transactions.

- Automatically total individual entries for common transaction types (foreign exchange transactions).

- Check and flag entries for procedural errors ensuring accurate and correct reporting.

- View the complete FINTRAC filing history for an individual transaction.
